Training and Professional Education
In addition to providing legal services, the office is active in professional education, passing on practical experience through lectures, training sessions and seminars for companies, entrepreneurs and the professional public.
Academic and lecturing activity
JUDr. Štěpán Liška teaches on the master's programme at the College of Logistics and is the author of the monograph A Guide to Law in Logistics. This academic work is the natural foundation of the professional training prepared by the office.
Training for companies and entrepreneurs
Training is tailored to the needs of each organisation — from an introduction to the relevant legislation to practical situations drawn from the client's operations.
Topics follow the office's areas of expertise, in particular transport and logistics law, carriage and warehousing relationships, commercial and contract law, company law and real estate transactions.
